Dan founded Roydan in 1980 after working as a Civil Engineer for the City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and holds a Wisconsin Professional Engineer’s license. He oversees all areas of the company, regularly attends industry conferences, and is actively involved in the development and implementation of Roydan’s new debt collection solutions. –
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Prior to coming to Roydan, Megan had a sales and marketing career in the consumer goods industry, managing a number of national brands. She regularly meets with customers to discuss their needs and collect information about debt collection industry trends to help the Roydan team enhance the company’s products. Megan earned a BA in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Ripon College. –
Vice President, Technology Solutions
Jason leads Roydan’s team in the development of new collection agency software features by monitoring projects throughout the development process, from design to implementation at customers’ sites. Jason understands that software must be flexible and scale as agencies grow. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Matt has been developing software and assisting Roydan customers for over 20 years after earning his BS in Electrical Engineering at Michigan Technological University. He coordinates with the Roydan support staff to help customers transition data from their current debt collection software programs into the Roydan platform. He enjoys making the transition to new software easy and helping customers grow their business. –
Joe joined Roydan after earning a BS in Computer Science from St. Norbert College. In the last five years he has specialized in developing business software unique to the debt collection industry. His understanding of debt collection agency workflow and processes allows him to design software that’s user friendly and operationally efficient, leading to a positive impact on an agency’s bottom line. –
