With that in mind, we are looking for just the right person to join the Roydan team as a Software Support Team Lead. This team member will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our software support team and serving as the liaison between all departments within our organization and the client. The key job functions of this individual include:
- Oversight of schedules, workflow and training
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to our support team
- Connect with both internal and external resources to meet organizational goals
- Serve as project lead including planning, installation and support stages
- Provide technical support as needed and direct customers to appropriate Roydan resources
- Maintain relationships with our valued vendor partners
