At Roydan we believe that continuing education is an important way our team can stay ahead of the curve in the debt collection industry. We understand that knowledge is an integral part of developing the best software solutions for our valued customers. We look at events like the ACA Fall Forum as opportunities to gain additional insight into the trends, advancements and current needs within the debt collection industry.

With that in mind, several members of the Roydan team are headed to Chicago November 9-11 to attend the ACA International’s Fall Forum.  This annual event offers an in-depth look into the current events that are shaping rules and regulations facing the debt collection industry, including the impact of the Presidential election on the collections industry. “We believe that the ACA Fall Forum is an excellent way to hear the issues that our customers are facing so that we can design debt collection software solutions that speak directly to those needs,” notes Megan Manis, Roydan’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The Fall Forum also allows Roydan to connect with customers directly and find out more about their specific business concerns. “If our customers are not successful then we are not successful. The ACA event allows us to hear what concerns they have so that we can address it head-on with our software solutions,” Manis adds.

We are looking forward to hearing more about the latest compliance regulations and getting insight from industry insiders regarding how this will impact our valued customers. We look forward to implementing this valuable information into our plans for the upcoming year as we continue help our customers power up for success.
